Being an entrepreneur isn’t just about building a business — sometimes it’s the business that ends up holding you together. I’ve never felt more grateful for the freedom and support my Time For You franchise has given me, especially in the moments life felt heaviest.

When my son needed 3 months of medical treatment and home schooling, my business allowed me to work around him, right from the comfort and safety of our home.

When my heart issues meant I could only work from bed in my pyjamas, my business gave me the space to slow down, listen to my body, and still keep moving forward at a pace I could manage.

Currently a close family member needs constant care while navigating dementia, my business gives me the flexibility to show up for them in the way that they need.

I’ve been able to do the school runs and be fully present during the school holidays — without that working‑mum guilt — soaking up those precious, fleeting moments with my children.

And one of the biggest blessings: I can run my business from anywhere in the world. Over the last three years, I’ve worked from Tenerife, Crete, Spain, Santorini, Malta, Poland, and Devon. That kind of freedom is something I never take for granted.
