Review Meeting and Action Plan
Upon receipt of your written notification, a face-to-face meeting will be arranged between ourselves and you, with the aim to take place within one week (subject to holidays and other commitments). During this meeting, we will review the reasons why the guaranteed results have not been achieved.

- Specific action plans will be developed, and you will be required to submit evidence of their implementation. Further 1-2-1 support will be made available during this time.
Effort and Final Decision
As you will appreciate, the success of our franchise, whilst simple to operate, depends on effort. Nothing will ever be achieved without it. If we suspect a lack of effort based on the lack of evidence provided, no refund will be made. The decision, made by the board of directors, is final and binding, with no right of appeal.
Agreement to Refund
Once all the evidence has been reviewed and we are satisfied that correct marketing has been executed as recommended in accordance with the Manual, and no term of the franchise agreement has been breached, we will agree to a refund. To accommodate cash flow circumstances, your refund will be paid in a reasonable number of monthly instalments, the schedule of which will be decided at our discretion.
